GREELEY — A Fort Lupton man charged in connection with a crash that killed a tow-truck driver last summer is due back in court at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 12.
The Weld County District Attorney’s Office says Dana Beales’ case is up for a possible disposition. The DA charged Beales with vehicular homicide, third-degree assault of a first responder, two counts of reckless endangerment and reckless driving.
The Colorado State Patrol said Beales was behind the wheel of a car that killed a Weld County tow-truck driver and injured a state trooper. It happened on U.S. Highway 85 between Brighton and Fort Lupton.
