Commerce City police need help to solve restaurant robbery

     COMMERCE CITY – Commerce City police need help solving a robbery at the Chipotle Restaurant.
     It happened around 9:15 p.m., March 19. The restaurant is at 5988 Dahlia St.

Commerce City police Police are looking for this car in connection with a March 19 robbery of a Chipotle Restaurant. Detectives say a female was inside the car waiting for the two male suspects who allegedly robbed the business.

     Detective Christian Rasmussen said two men walked into the business around closing time. Both of their faces were covered, and both were armed with handguns. The two ordered customers and employees to the floor of the restaurant and ordered another employee to take them to the restaurant safe.
    The suspects ran out of the restaurant. A female ws waiting in a new model, silver four-foor Chevrolet Impala, Rasmussen said.
     They ordered the customers and employees to the floor, and had an employee take him to the safe.
