Council gets overview of costs of revamping former senior center

BRIGHTON — Before the former senior center can be turned into a community center for the city’s youth, upgrades are needed and funding will have to be secured. 

Over the past few months, city staff has been trying to figure out what it would like to do with the vacant building. During council’s April 8 study session, city staff presented recommendations for the building to be used as a center for Brighton’s youth resources and services.
