District inks deal to replace failing buses

    BRIGHTON — As a warranty period comes closer into view, Brighton 27J School District’s transportation department is looking to replace some of its failing buses that were purchased in the fall of 2007 and may have come with a design defect.
    District staff identified 21 of the 101 buses that are in use as either past due or currently due for replacement.
