eServices page on Brighton website helps track permits, projects

-A A +A

A new feature on the city of Brighton’s website allows contractors and citizens to track the progress of permits, business licenses and land use projects.

The eServices page, which can by found by clicking on the “Services” link on the city’s website www.brightonco.gov, allows applicants to view and print their review comments as they are available. It also gives customers the ability to track, view and print inspection results daily.

A city news release said the progressive option, offered by the city’s Community Development Department, will provide live, up-to-the-minute reporting for its customers without the need to pick up the phone.

Future enhancements, planned for later this year, will include providing contractors and homeowners the ability to log on to an eServices account, allowing them the option to schedule their own inspections, submit application and miscellaneous documentation online, as well as pay for and print a copy of their permit.
