BRIGHTON — Essential Family Chiropractic wants to provide patients with a new outlook on health and wellness. Chiropractor Dr. Marcus Gall opened the business on July 21 with the help of his wife Jenna, who is the office manager there.
The Galls recently relocated to Brighton from Murfreesboro, Tenn., where Marcus spent the last three years working as a spinal correction specialist at the largest chiropractors office in the state. They decided to open their business in Brighton because its a growing community with a small town feel. Gall said owning his own business has always been a dream of his.
“There’s something about running your own business and just being a leader in the community that I’ve always just wanted to do. It’s something ever since remember... I wanted to become a chiropractor, I just wanted to be able to run my own office, be able to treat my own patients and see people get well,” he said.
The family owned business is a Maximized Living Facility, which incorporates the five essentials of health to ensure a patient is completely healthy. In addition to performing alignments, Marcus helps patients incorporate the five essentials of health – maximized mind, maximized nutrition, maximum nerve supply, maximized exercise and minimizing toxins– into their lives.
“By applying those, we see people with a broad spectrum of different issues going on, get well,” he said.
Gall received his undergraduate degree from Mount Marty College in South Dakota and continued his education at Northwest Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minn., where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic. He has also completed five months of intensive training through Maximized Living.
