FORT WAYNE, IND. – Two members of the Rocky Mountain Racing Inline Speed Skating team at Wagon Wheel Skate Center earned medals at the U.S. Roller Sports Inline Speed Skating National Championships.
Dave Pate won the bronze medal in the Esquire Men’s 1,000-meter race. Shannon Nelson won the gold medal in the Esquire Women’s 500-, 700- and 1,000-meter races. She also won the women’s national championship for the second year.
