A key ceremony for Capt. Patrick Glavey starts at 11 a.m., Sunday, at 8550 Ehler Parkway, Brighton.
Glavey, a war veteran, will receive the keys to his new adapted home. He was two months into his first deployment overseas when he lost both legs and one of his fingers in an IED blast in Helmond Province, Afghanistan. He was working on a clearing operation with the Explosive Ordinance Disposal team when he stepped on the IED.
