New Pavilions owner sees 'tremendous opportunity'

    BRIGHTON – The new owner of the struggling Brighton Pavilions says he has high hopes for revitalizing the largely vacant in-line retail portion of the downtown shopping center.
    Florida-based Cantor Partners was officially announced last week as the buyer of the center’s four in-line retail buildings.
