Polls close in Colorado; unofficial results from Nov. 5 election

BRIGHTON The polls have now closed across Colorado. Unofficial results from Adams County will be coming in throughout the night. Here are the races we're watching (Reminder: these are unofficial results with only a fraction of total ballots counted):

BRIGHTON MAYOR: 

Richard "Dick" McLean - 100.0% (4,421 votes)

BRIGHTON CITY COUNCIL, WARD 1: 

Joan Kniss - 63.5% (859 votes)

Chris Maslanik -  36.4% (493 votes)

BRIGHTON CITY COUNCIL, WARD 2:

Rex Bell -  100.0% (796 votes)

BRIGHTON CITY COUNCIL, WARD 3:

Ken Kreutzer -  100.0% (856 votes)

BRIGHTON CITY COUNCIL, WARD 4:

Dave Rose -  39.2% (696 votes)

Peter Phibbs -  16.8% (299 votes)

Mark Humbert - 43.8% (776 votes)

DISTRICT 27J BOARD OF EDUCATION, DISTRICT 2 SCHOOL BOARD DIRECTOR:

Rick Doucet -  100.0% (1,483 votes)

DISTRICT 27J BOARD OF EDUCATION, DISTRICT 4 SCHOOL BOARD DIRECTOR:

Michael Landwehr -  100.0% (9,103 votes)
