In what can only be described as a stunning lack of judgment, embattled Adams County Commissioner Alice Nichol decided to run for a third term on the board. In a stunning contradiction between perception and reality, Nichol says she is running to further clean up corruption in Adams County.
    Someone needs to tell Nichol that housecleaning begins in the home.
