Apparently, the Adams County Board of Commissioners have had enough.
    After weeks and months of upset residents coming to voice their dismay over the institution and handling of the stormwater utility fee, the commissioners are ready to act.
    No, they’re not repealing the stormwater fee or lowering the fee across the board for the hard-working taxpayers affected by it. They’re corralling the people they were elected to serve in a bid to make them easier to ignore.
