Work on rebuilding Weld County Road 6 near Highway 85 continues with contractors reinforcing the bridge that washed out during this spring’s flooding. Crews have installed new retaining walls and have begun replacing the washed-out bank with broken concrete and fill. The contractor onsite is hopeful that the project will be completed and the roadway reopened within the next few weeks.
