Officials expect to employ about 40 workers at the new Arby’s restaurant at the Prairie Center shopping center in Brighton.

The new Arby’s, owned by the Oklahoma-based U.S. Beef Corp. restaurant chain is opening Tuesday, Sept. 12 with seating for 56 people and a drive-through. The restaurant chain previously remodeled the Arby’s at 15190 Brighton Road near U.S. Highway 85.

“We’ve been busy in Brighton. Last month, we remodeled and re-opened our other Brighton restaurant, and now we’re opening another brand new Arby’s to be even more convenient for the Brighton community to satisfy their Arby’s cravings when they want it,” said U.S. Beef Chief Executive Officer, John Davis.

Customers can spin the Arby’s prize wheel to win free food and other Arby’s branded prizes. Radio station KTCL 93.3FM will be broadcasting live on site from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Miles, the Denver Broncos mascot, will greet fans and pose for guest photos between noon and 1 p.m. Guests will also have the chance register to enter a drawing for a chance to win two free Denver Broncos tickets.

“This grand opening is another opportunity to showcase our newest “Inspire” construction on the exterior and interior of the restaurant. This modern Arby’s design has a fresh, new color palette, and strong geometric shapes and elements,” Davis said.
